By accessing or using AiVoicee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

AiVoicee provides AI-powered text-to-speech generation services, allowing users to convert written text into realistic voice audio using advanced AI models powered by ElevenLabs.

The Service includes access to a library of AI voices, generation of audio content, download of generated audio, and management of your account and credits.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Impersonate any real person without explicit consent
• Create deepfakes or fraudulent audio for deceptive purposes
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the underlying AI models
• Circumvent usage limits or share account access with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per character of text converted to speech. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless covered under our Refund Policy.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Audio content generated by you using the Service is owned by you, subject to any third-party rights and these Terms. You grant AiVoicee a limited license to store and process your generated content to provide the Service.

The Service itself, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is owned by AiVoicee and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiVoicee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.
